Meet the smiling graduates of the first, NSF Project AGER – sponsored, “Scientific Writing for the 21st Century” course for graduate students.  Students are shown holding their final papers and an oreo cookie, that the instructor, Darcy Gioia, Associate Director of the Writing Program, uses to demonstrate the construction of a coherent paragraph.  The course will be offered again for the spring semester.
